目前信息应用系统管理功能不足的分析和解决

企业运转过程中产生大量的信息,主要包括工单、工作文档和公文。目前开发使用的信息系统侧重于业务自动化和信息的综合查询,解决了工单公文的信息化管理问题,但是涉及日常管理工作的工作文档成为信息化的一个空白点。提出利用建立抽象角色库和增强文档性处理功能等方法,将日常管理工作纳入到信息系统中,并实现同现有业务和公文系统的链接,将管理同应用系统真正结合成一体。

The Analysis and Solution of the Management Function Inadequacy in Present Information Application System

Enterprises produces large amounts of information in operation process, including work orders, work files and documents. The existing information system emphasizes the business automation and the comprehensive inquiry about information, but doesn't solve the problems related to work files in routine management. This paper suggests that rontine management be put into the information system by building abstract role banks and strengthening the function of processing files so that the information system is linked to the existing business and document system. in this case, the management is actually combined with application system.
