摘    要:为了提高低温烧结BaTiO3基热敏陶瓷的PTC效应,提出在BaO-B2O3-SiO2烧结助剂中加入MnO(以Mn(NO3)2形式加入)的方法,研究了BaO-B2O3-SiO2-MnO(BBSM)烧结助剂对Y3+掺杂BaTiO3基热敏陶瓷的低温烧结和PTC特性的影响。结果表明:含有xMn(NO3)2]为0.06%的BBSM烧结助剂的样品,在1050℃保温3h下烧结后,其室温电阻率为306Ω·cm,升阻比为4.23×103。

Abstract:In order to enhance the PTC effect of BaTiO_3 based thermistor ceramics sintered at low temperature, adding MnO (as Mn(NO_3)_2) in BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2 sintering aid was proposed. And the effects of BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2-MnO (BBSM)sintering aids on the low temperature sinter and PTC properties of BaTiO_3 based thermistor ceramics doped with Y~(3+) were investigated. The results indicate that the samples with xMn(NO_3)_2] = 0.06% in the BBSM sintering aids can provide the room-temperature resistivity of 306 Ω·cm and jump range of 4.23×10~3. The sample is sintered at 1 050 ℃ for 3 h.
