摘    要:为了提高王台铺煤矿高水膨胀材料的充满率,采用理论计算和技术分析探讨了充填干路管选型、布置和工作面管路布置方式,并进行了试充填工业性试验。研究表明:在垂深235m的情况下,内径139mm的充填管路满足120m3/h的充填能力要求;在采高2.6m的条件下,充填干路管和工作面充填管沿顶板布置稳定可靠;工作面管路出浆口布置是影响支巷充满率的一个重要可控因素,布置在支巷最高点处比布置在巷口更有利于充满率的提高,试充填中两者的充满率分别达到了100%和93%。

Abstract:In order to improve stowing rate of high-water swelling material,stowing pipe selection and layout were analyzed by theoretical calculation.Industrial scale test showed that stowing ability of stowing pipe whose inner diameter was 139mm could reach 120m3/h under condition of 235m vertical depth.Stowing effect of main pipe and pipe in mining face laid along roof was stable when mining height was 2.6m.Stock outlet layout was an important controlled factor influencing stowing rate of branch roadway.Stowing rate of outlet laid at peak of roadway was higher than that at entrance;both stowing rates were respectively 100% and 93%.
