摘    要:对CO2带回热器双级压缩制冷、CO2带单膨胀机与CO2带双膨胀机双级压缩制冷系统进行了分析,同时与以R134a和R12为工质的双级压缩制冷进行了对比。由以上分析得出,由于CO2的热力学性质及其压缩机的特点,CO2系统非常适宜在较低的蒸发温度下使用。并且由于膨胀机的应用,将使CO2循环在较低温制冷系统的性能系数超过R12系统,具有更强的竞争力。

Abstract:The application of carbon dioxide in low temperature refrigeration cycle is analyzed.Three CO 2 two stage compression refrigeration cycles are compared, which are systems with the throttling valve and an internal heat exchanger before the valve, single expander or double expanders respectively. Further comparison is made with the two stage compression refrigeration system with R134a and R12 as the refrigerant. Based on the analysis,it is indicated that the CO 2 system is very suitable for the low temperature refrigerationdue to the thermodynamic properties of carbon dioxide and the characteristics of the CO 2 compressor. Employing the expander, the CO 2 cycle can be competitive with present conventional high performance refrigerant systems.
