摘    要:采用示踪剂法测定了双转子连续混炼机的物料停留时间分布曲线,讨论了影响物料停留时间分布曲线的因素。结果发现:混炼机产量越大,停留时间越短,分布曲线的分布越窄;而混炼机的转速对停留时间分布的影响不大。

Abstract:In this work the residence time distribution(RTD) of two-rotor continuous mixer was measured by radiotracer,and the influence of output and rotor speed of rotor on RTD were analyzed. The results showed the higher the output was,the shorter and narrower the residence time and distribution would be, while the rotor speed had little influence on RTD.
