一种新型ACM检测系统设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种采用电涡流传感器测量涡轮轴径向振动和转速并进行电涡流传感器安装定位的,基于FPGA和PCI总线接口的新型ACM检测系统。该系统能够软件控制阀门开度,同时采集多路不同类型传感器信号进行时域和频域分析和实时处理。该检测系统工作稳定、操作简单方便,完全达到ACM测试手册的功能和精度要求,已成功应用于波音737等机型ACM检测。

Abstract:Employing eddy current transducer to measure radial vibration and speed at the turbine shaft and aid installation of eddy current transducer, a new type of ACM testing system based on FPGA and PCI bus interface is designed. This system could control the opening angle of valves with software program and acquire different type of transducer signals, which could be analyzed in time domain or frequency domain and be processed in real time. The testing system satisfies the demand of the ACM maintenance manual in functions and precision. The system has been successfully used in Boeing 737 and other airplane ACM testing with stability and convenience
