湿烟囱防腐改造方案的选型与试验

摘    要:山西某电厂脱硫湿烟囱出现严重腐蚀现象,为解决这一重大安全隐患,在诸多方案中充分论证和实验,选取了一种杂化聚合材料进行防腐改造,文中着重对该材料的耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐冷热和干湿交变等性能的实验情况进行了说明,最后介绍了该材料和工艺在湿烟囱防腐改造工程的实际应用情况.

Abstract:In order to solve the serious corrosion problems and significant security risks of the desulfurization wet chimneys in Shanxi province plant power,many anti-corrosion programs were fully investigated and experimented.Ultimately,hybrid polymeric material as a new anti-corrosion technology was selected.In this paper,we described emphatically experimental conditions of the material’s high temperature,corrosion resistance,hot and cold,wet and dry alternating and other performances.Finally,we introduced the results of practical application of the material and process in the wet chimneys anti-corrosion renovation project.
