| 摘 要： | 介绍了移动环境下的QoS问题，分析了现有的几种在移动条件下提供QoS保障的方案，特别是Mobile RSVP方案．提出了一种新的QoS机制．计算机仿真结果表明新的方案具有良好的性能。
