基于高精度运算放大器的隧道式硅微加速度计信号处理电路

摘    要:介绍了一种由高精度运算放大器及精密仪表放大器构成的隧道式硅微加速度计信号处理电路,通过分析信号处理电路的构成、信号输出的有效成分、放大器的性能指标及典型用法,得出高精度运算放大器OPA128LM使用在隧道电流的I-V转换部分所具有的独特优势.后级反馈放大电路采用精密仪表放大器AD620BR构成两级放大,其各项参数极大提高了信号读出电路的精密性.实验结果表明:基于以上方法的设计对信号处理电路的精度、灵敏度及线性度等性能有明显的改善.

Abstract:Introduced a design of signal processing circuit for tunneling accelerometer based on high-precise operational amplifiers and instrumentation amplifiers.By analyzing the composition of the circuit,useful sections of the output signal,the performance parameters and typical applications,we had the conclusion that OPA128LM had particular advantages when applied in I-V converter circuit.In the subsequence feedback amplifier circuit,two order amplifier circuits were made up of instrumentation amplifiers AD620BR;its excellent performance parameter improved the exactitude of the whole circuit.The result of the experiment indicates that the design method improves the precision,sensitivity and linearity of the signal processing circuit.
