快淬Sm-Co合金的结构和磁性能

摘    要:Sm-Co磁体由于其高的内禀矫顽力HcJ和高Tc近年来重新成为人们的热点。通过快淬法可以制得具有纳米结构的Sm-Co合金,快淬合金具有高的剩磁比(MR/Ms)等优点。本文对快淬Sm-Co合金的相结构,各向异性以及快淬速度,退火工艺和合金元素对磁性能的影响及合金的温度稳定性作较为全面的概述,介绍了快淬Sm-Co合金的研究进展情况。

Abstract:Sm Co magnets were recently becoming research highlights again for its high coercivity and high Tc. Nano structured Sm Co alloy with high Mr/Ms can be obtained by melt spinning. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the phase structure, the influence of velocity, annealing process and additive elements on magnetic properties of the alloy, and its temperature stability of the melt spun alloys. The latest progress in research on the alloy was introduced.
