一种水下主动探测系统的收发转换电路设计

摘    要:收发转换电路是水下主动探测系统的关键部件。针对水下主动探测系统的应用,设计了一种收发转换电路,该电路采用四开关结构,并使用串联型逻辑开关控制电路控制开关有序工作,避免了发射通道对接收通道的干扰。采用转换速度快的欧姆龙G6系列继电器和电子开关芯片有效提高了收发状态之间转换速度。分析了该收发转换电路的工作原理,给出了电路结构图,选择了芯片,调试检测结果表明,电路工作正常,性能稳定,具有良好的工程应用前景。
