一种水下主动探测系统的收发转换电路设计

收发转换电路是水下主动探测系统的关键部件。针对水下主动探测系统的应用，设计了一种收发转换电路，该电路采用四开关结构，并使用串联型逻辑开关控制电路控制开关有序工作，避免了发射通道对接收通道的干扰。采用转换速度快的欧姆龙G6系列继电器和电子开关芯片有效提高了收发状态之间转换速度。分析了该收发转换电路的工作原理，给出了电路结构图，选择了芯片，调试检测结果表明，电路工作正常，性能稳定，具有良好的工程应用前景。
