基于变频器的主轴控制系统设计

摘    要:描述了变频调速原理、变频器选型和主轴控制系统方案,该系统设计实现了变频调速;频率调节的核心技术是高载波频率的脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation),即PWM方式;采用了SIMATIC S7—200系列PLC,西门子的PLC和变频器共同实现了主轴的蹶转控制和调速。

Abstract:This article describes the principle of variable frequency speed control, the type selection of frequency converters and the scheme of mainshaft control system. The system implements the variable frequency speed control. The core technology of frequency control is Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) of high carrier wave frequency. By using Siemens S7-200 PLC and the frequency converter jointly realizes the forward/reverse control and the speed control of the mainshaft.
