| Abstract: | Based on the test results of 10 in-situ ponding tests and 21 in-situ ponding plate loading tests carried out at five different localities in Guanzhong Re-gion in Shanxi Province of China, the regularities of collapsible deformation of loess foundation and the evaluation of type of collapsibility of the loess field site suggested in the Chinese Code for Building Construction in Collapsible Loess Region ( GBJ 25-90 ) are fully discussed herein. |
