开放性SCADA系统中的资源分层管理策略

传统的监控与数据采集（SCADA）系统一般运行在封闭的环境中，外部条件、输入数据量、资源的配置与分配方法一般都是预先已知的，并且在运行过程中很少改变。当前对于SCADA系统的开放性要求越来越高，外部条件、输入数据以及资源利用经常动态变化。针对这一趋势，提出在开放性SCADA系统中的资源分层管理策略，讨论带宽分配策略和处理器利用率，并利用一个实例对策略进行评估。
