镁铝尖晶石不烧砖的研制与应用

摘    要:结合攀钢活性石灰回转窑的生产实际 ,研制开发了镁铝尖晶石不烧砖。使用表明 ,研制的镁铝尖晶石不烧砖在活性石灰回转窑烧成带使用 ,寿命达 1年以上。还介绍了镁铝尖晶石不烧砖的研制过程并与几种外购窑衬制品使用效果进行了对比。

Abstract:The magnesia-alumina spinel unburned brick was developed in accordance with the actual production situation of active lime rotary kiln of Pangang Metallurgy Material Co.,Ltd.The development process of the brick and the comparison of the application results between the brick and the lining products purchased from other companies are introduced.The application results show that the developed brick has the service life of more than 1 year lined in the calcining zone of the active lime rotary kiln.
