摘    要:以分线器盖为研究对象,基于信噪比和灰色关联分析,提出了一种注塑工艺参数多目标优化方法.针对顶出时的体积收缩率和总翘曲变形量等质量指标要求,建立5因素4水平的正交试验,得到每组实验的质量指标数值及其对应的信噪比.对信噪比进行无量纲化处理后,计算各因素对质量指标的灰色关联系数和灰色关联度.对灰色关联度进行极差分析,得到最优...

Abstract:A multi-objective optimization method based on signal-to-noise ratio and grey relational analysis for injection molding process parameters was proposed with deconcentrator cover as the research object.The orthogonal test of 5 factors and 4 levels was set up to obtain the quality index values and corresponding signal-to-noise ratio of each group to reduce volumetric shrinkage at ejection and total warp deformation.The signal-to-noise ratio was used after dimensionless to calculate the grey correlation coefficient and grey correlation degree of each test factor to the quality index.The range analysis of grey relational degree was carried out to obtain the optimal combination of process parameters.The experimental results show that volumetric shrinkage and total warp deformation at ejection are reduced by 22.04%and 39.47%than those of the default recommended process parameters respectively when the optimal combination of process parameters is applied.The injection molding quality of the deconcentrator cover is improved,which proves the effectiveness of the orthogonal test based on signal-to-noise ratio and grey correlation analysis in the optimization of injection molding process parameters.
