摘    要:以靛红为原料,经过硝化和亲核取代,合成了3个N取代5-硝基靛红衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、MS分析确认。

Abstract:Isatin and its derivatives which have certain biological activities are important pharmaceutical intermediates and drug candidates.Three novel N-alkylated-5-nitroisatin derivatives were syn-thesized from isatin by nitration and nucleophilic substitution.The structures were identified by 1HNMR,13CNMR and MS.
