| 摘 要： | 2-(异亚丙基氨基)氧基]乙基-(S)-2-(苯磺酰氧)-丙酸酯是合成除草剂喔草酯的关键中间体,以2-(异亚丙基氨基)氧基]乙基-(S)-乳酸酯为原料,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,在0~5℃温度下与苯磺酰氯反应,得到目标化合物,收率为96.7%,含量为97.3%,产品结构通过了1H NMR鉴定确认。

| Abstract: | 2-(Isopropylidieneamino)oxy]ethyl-(S)-2-(benzenesulphonyloxy)-propionate is a pivotal intermediate in synthesis of herbicide propaquizafop.In this article,the target compound was synthesized by reaction of 2-(isopropylidieneamino)oxy]ethyl-(S)-lactate with benzenesulfonyl chloride in dichloromethane with triethyl amine as the acid scavenger at the temperature between 0~5℃.The yield and purity of the target compound was 96.7% and 97.3% respectively.The structure of the product was characterized by 1H NMR. |
