| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育的改革和发展,实训基地在技能型人才培养中的地位和作用日益凸显。本文结合河南机电高等专科学校实训基地建设的实践,提出示范性高职院校实训基地建设的指导思想、定位和功能、建设原则,并对校内外实训基地的共享机制和运行机制进行探索性研究。
