摘    要:简述了带压密封技术的基本原理、承压设备法兰夹具的2个基本作用和8项设计准则。以弯曲梁的有力矩理论为基础,建立了局部法兰夹具的厚度计算公式。论述了承压设备带压密封局部法兰夹具设计步骤:泄漏介质勘测;泄漏法兰的勘测;局部法兰夹具结构设计、增强密封结构设计、厚度设计及夹具材料选择。

Abstract:The basic principle of the online leak sealing technology was briefly described, two basic functions and eight design criteria of flange clamps for pressure equipment. The thickness calculation formula of local flange clamps were proposed based on the torque theory of the bent beam. Local flange clamps design steps of the online leak sealing for pressure equipment: surveying leaking media; surveying leaking flange; local flange clamp structural design and enhance sealing structure design, thickness design and clamp materials selection are discussed.
