摘    要:针对互动投影系统对多目标跟踪在自适应和实时性方面的需求,提出了一种基于自适应混合粒子滤波和自适应数据关联的多目标跟踪方法.该方法采用基于背景差检测的混合粒子滤波并将跟踪置信度引入目标的状态量中,根据跟踪置信度大小自适应地加强或减弱关联强度进行数据关联;同时,根据数据关联结果分析目标出现、目标消失、目标衍生、目标相遇等复杂运动情况,对每个目标进行自适应混合粒子滤波跟踪.实验证明该方法提高多目标跟踪性能,能够较好满足互动投影的应用需求.

Abstract:Aimed at the needs of automation and real-time in the multi-target tracking problem of interactive projection,a novel multi-target tracking algorithm based on adaptive mixture particle filter and adaptive data association was proposed.The method used mixture particle filter based on background subtraction and introduced the confidence of tracking into the state of the target,and then strengthened or weakened the strength of data association adaptively according to the value of the confidence;Then,the motion situations of targets such as the entering and exiting of targets,spawning from an existing target,targets meeting,were analyzed according to the results of the data association.On the basis of the analysis,adaptive mixture particle filter tracking was applied to every target.Experiments demonstrate the performance,automaticity and real-time tracking of the proposed method.
