实验楼空调系统冷热源方案分析与比较

摘    要:以上海某工厂新建实验楼空调系统冷热源方案选择为背景,根据工程实际分析地源热泵系统和螺杆式冷水机组加蒸汽供暖系统的经济性。根据建筑的冷热负荷分别对两种冷热源方案进行主要设备选型,进而对两种方案进行初投资和年运行费用分析与比较,通过静态投资回收期法分析得出地源热泵系统的投资回收期为4.4年,供甲方选择冷热源方案时参考。

Abstract:The economic analysis of air conditioning system of a new factory laboratory in Shanghai, adopting ground source heat pump system and screw chillers with steam heating system as two heat and cold source schemes, were analyzed and compared. Models of main facilities were comparatively chosen, based on the cold and heat load of the building, and the initial investment and annual running cost were comparatively analyzed. With the method of static investment payback period, the outcome suggests that the payback period of ground source heat pump is making the heat and cold source schemes. 4.4 years, which can be a reference for the owner while
