摘    要:针对大型复杂产品质量评估问题,基于论证设计阶段、制造阶段和使用阶段的质量等级,在综合考虑质量评估流程的基础上,建立了其质量评估指标体系,综合运用模糊综合评判法和组合赋权法,构建了基于关键控制点的大型复杂产品质量评估模型。最后以导弹为例,验证了该方法的适用性和有效性。算例结果表明,该方法能对大型复杂产品质量等级进行有效评估,具有一定理论意义和实用价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of quality evaluation of large complex product ,on the basis of analyzing the quality levels of demonstration course ,manufacture course and operation course and comprehensive considering of quality evaluation process ,the indexes system is built-up ,the model is established based on critical control point by comprehensive usage of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and combined weights .At last ,the method is validated by the example of missile .The exam-ple results show the study is effective for quality evaluation of large complex product ,which has important theory significance and applied value .
