新农村建设背景下的农村文化建设

文化建设是社会主义新农村建设中的一个重要组成部分。在长期的历史进程中,农村文化呈现出乡土性、归属性、直观性、季节性和多样性特征。文章通过分析农村文化的现状,提出新农村文化建设必须树立新农村文化与城市文化和谐共生理念,提高农民思想道德素质和科学文化素质,并从中国优秀传统文化中汲取营养,在农村开展形式多样的文化活动,加大非政府组织在农村文化建设中的作用。
