摘    要:在红外光谱系统中使用的车削铝镜上镀制高反射膜时,由于铝镜镜面较柔软,用常规擦拭 清洗的方法易划伤镜面,可以在镀制前利用有机物熏蒸的方法清洗车削铝镜,既溶解清洗了表面附着的油污和灰尘,又保护了铝镜镜面。用该方法清洗后镀制的金膜反射率在近红外波段达到98%以上,膜层牢固,使用效果较好。

Abstract:When coating high reflective film on turned aluminum mirror used in IR optical system, the mirror surface is often damaged with common cleaning methods because the aluminum mirror surface is soft. The turned aluminum mirrors can be cleaned by fuming with organic substance before coating. In this way both the greasy dirt and dust on mirror surface is cleaned and aluminum mirror surface is protected. The reflectance of gold film coated on the mirror surface cleaned with this method has attained more than 98% in IR wave range. The film is firm and its application effect is good.
