摘    要:探讨了微波功率、提取时间、溶剂浓度、料液比四种因素对微波辅助提取法提取海燕中总皂苷提取率的影响。并以正交设计实验优化提取工艺,以期建立海燕皂苷微波提取方法的最佳工艺条件。由实验结果可知:微波提取的优化条件为:微波功率600W,提取时间5min,溶剂为95%的乙醇,料液比1︰10。海燕总皂苷提取率为1.95%。

Abstract:The effect of tbur factors: microwave power, extraction time, and Solvent concentration and solid to liquid ratio on MAE of the yield on asterosaponin from asterina peclinifera was investigated. Then, the extraction technology was studied by the orthogona/ design in order to find out the optimum extraction condition by MAt'. The results indicted that The optimum extraction conditions by MAE were acquired as follows: microwave power 600 W, extraction time 5 rain, ethanol concentration 95 %, solid to liquid ratio 1:10. These optimal conditions led to the asterosaponin from asterina pectiniferqyield achieved at 1.95 %.
