基于AMESim的油气悬挂缸仿真分析

摘    要:针对某矿用自卸车前油气悬挂缸结构和工作原理,基于AMESim软件建立油气悬挂缸仿真模型,利用该模型对油气悬挂缸进行仿真研究,分析影响悬挂缸输出特性的主要因素,分析悬挂缸刚度特性和阻尼特性的非线性变化特点。

Abstract:According to the structure and working elements of the front suspension of a dump truck, the virtual model of the hydro-pneumatic cylinder is established through AMESim software and its performance is simulated by the model. The paper analyzes the main factors that affect the hydro-pneumatic cylinder performance, and the non-linear characteristics of its damping and stiffness.
