基于CKA6136的复杂轮廓数控切削工艺研究

摘    要:研究了使用CKA6136数控车床来加工复杂回转体零件,探讨了如何合理制订加工工艺方案,设计工件装夹方案以及合理选择刀具来最终完成零件的加工.通过对复杂轮廓切削工艺的分析,为企业及实际生产过程中复杂回转体零件的加工提供了借鉴,有助于提高加工效率和保证零件加工精度.

Abstract:Explored the usage of CKA6136 CNC lathes for machining complex revolving parts. Analyzed how to rationally draw up process scheme,design work-pieee clamping scheme and reasonable selection tool for finishing part processing.Through analysis of complex contour cutting process, provided reference for the enterprises in the aspect of actual producing procedure of the complex revolving parts,it can help improve the efficiency and guarantee machining precision of parts.
