TiO2纳米管制备修饰及应用研究进展

摘    要:TiO2纳米管具有巨大的比表面积以及稳定的化学性质等优异特性,在众多领域都有广泛的应用。本文综述了TiO2纳米管的制备方法,比较了溶胶一凝胶法、水热法、模板法以及阳极氧化法的优劣;同时,综述了TiO2纳米管表面修饰及改性的方法,以及TiO2纳米管在光催化、太阳能电池、生物医学和传感器等领域的应用研究现状。

Abstract:Because of some outstanding properties such as large internal surface area, good chemical stability and so on, TiO2 nanotube has been widely used in many fields. Some synthesis methods of TiO2 nanotube were briefly reviewed, and the advantage and disadvantage of sol-gel method, hydrothermal method, template synthesis and electrochemical anodization methods were discussed. Furthermore, the methods of modifying on the surface of TiO2 nanotube were reviewed. Moreo- ver, different applications of TiO2 nanotubes including photocatalysis, dye-sensitized solar cells, biomedicine and sensors were described in details.
