基于CORTEX—M3和CAN的印染机同步控制系统

摘    要:为了增加印染联合机的性能,同时实现印染联合机同步控制系统的简单化,在此采用基于CORTEX-M3内核和CAN总线的印染联合机同步控带j系统。在设备选型上面放弃了以往PC机当作总控制器的设计,而是采用便携性更高的嵌入式处理器。在单元控制器方面,采用了基于ARM最新CORTEX-M3内核的处理器。它具有高的处理速度,高精度的D/A、A/D转换,以及CAN总线控制器。实验表明这种印染联合机的设计能够很好地实现系统同步控制,同时降低了成本,以及开发难度。

Abstract:CORTEX-M3 and CAN bus based synchronization control system applied to dyeing combination machines is adopted to improve the performance of the dyeing combination machine and achieve the simplification of its synchronization control system. In the selection of equipment, the common design in which PC was taken as a general controller was given up, but a embedded processor with higher portability was selected. It has the capability of high-speed processing, high-accuracy D/A and A/D conversion, and possesses a CAN bus controller. The experiment shows that the design of the dyeing combination machine can implement the synchronization control to the system perfectly, and reduce the cost and development difficulty.
