| 摘 要： | 针对江西洪都钢厂无逢钢管保护气氛热处理炉中热交换器因冷却水质变化造成的管道破裂、穿孔等问题,对工业敞开式循环冷却水系统的水质变化进行了分析,并进行了改造,提高了冷却水系统的运行效果,取得明显经济效益和环境效益。

| Abstract: | Accroding to the problem such as pipe breaking and drilling for cooling water quality change in heat exchanger of weldless steel tube protective atmosphere heat-treatment furnace at Jiangxi hongdu steel plant,water quality change of open recirculating cooling water system is analysed and transformed,running result of cooling water system is raised.Meanwhile,the obvious economic and environmental benefit are achieved. |
