传统城镇特色营造下的建筑风貌控制规划研究

在激烈的城市化进程中，保护和延续传统城镇在空间肌理、景观环境、建筑风貌、生活方式等方面的特色，突出影响着地区传统文脉和社会关系的存续。而其中对于构成最大量而直接的外部可视化环境的建筑风貌的控制和引导又是关键。楚雄是我国西南多民族地区唯一的彝族自治州，在传统城镇建筑风貌规划中保护地域、民族传统文化的多样性和复杂性是核心目标。研究从城市整体性视角出发，引入形态类型学方法，通过划分点—线—面—区、重点 + 一般区域的控制层级，制定文字 + 控规图 + 图表、通则 + 地方性导则的城市设计导则体系。意图建构一套清晰类型化且操作便捷的面向规划实施管理的导控系统，以营造传统城镇的建筑与街道风貌特色。

Research on the Control Planning of Architectural Features Based on the Construction of Traditional Urban Characteristics

In the drastic process of urbanization, the protection and continuation of the characteristics of traditional towns in the space context, landscape environment, architectural features, lifestyle and other aspects, prominently influence the survival of regional traditional culture and social relationship. And the control and guidance of the architectural features which are constituted by the largest amount and direct external visual environment is the key among these aspects. Chuxiong is the only Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest mountainous and multi-ethnic area of China, protecting the diversity and complexity of geographical and national traditional culture is the core target in the Urban feature planning. This research is started from the urban integrity perspective, introduces the methods of morphological typology, by dividing the control levels into point - line - surface - area and key area + general area, defines a system of Urban Design Guidelines formed by combination of controlling text + Regulatory Planning drawings + figures, General Guidelines + Local Design Guidelines, to construct a controlling and guiding system oriented the implementation and management of Urban Planning which is clearly typed and convenient for operation. The purpose is to create the characteristics of architectural and street features in the traditional cities.
