| 摘 要： | 从企业战略的角度，进一步阐述了企业过程再造（BPR）、企业核心能力及核心过程的实质，分析了实施BPR与培育企业核心能力之间的内在联系，并给出了如何应用BPR实现企业核心能力的有效途径，指出通过实施BPR可以使我国企业在尽可能短的时间内增强自已的核心能力。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of company strategies, the paper discusses the essence of business process reengineering (BPR), core competence and core process, analyzes the interior relationships between practicing BPR and cultivating core competence, presents the effective approaches to cultivate the core competence. It is concluded that correct ways of practicing BPR can promote core competence of enterprises in China as soon as possible. |
