摘    要:分布式能源通过微电网并入配电网形成的含微网群主动配电网具有高效运行的优点。文章采用二层规划理论建立计及微电网群合作博弈的主动配电网能量优化调度二层规划模型。以主动配电网为上层决策者,以系统收益最大化为目标,以进行合作博弈之后的微电网联盟为下层决策者,以联盟合作剩余最大为目标。上层决策模型和下层决策模型分别计及各自必要的约束条件,下层决策者需要调用微电网优化调度子模块,并基于Shapely值分配合作剩余。给出所建立二层规划模型的Stackelberg均衡作为模型的解,采用混沌粒子群算法设计模型求解流程。仿真算例表明,微电网群组成合作博弈联盟能够提高自身效益,增加市场主体的决策多样性。

Abstract:After the distributed energy is incorporated into the distribution network through microgrid,the active distribution network with microgrid group operates with efficiency.In this paper,the bilevel programming model for energy dispatching optimization of active distribution networks considering cooperation game between microgrid groups is established by using the two-level programming theory.The active distribution network is taken as the upper decision-maker with the objective of maximizing system revenue,while the microgrid alliance after the cooperation game,who pursues the maximum cooperative surplus,as the lower decision-maker.The upper decision-making model and the lower decision-making model respectively consider necessary constraints,and particularly,the lower decision-makers need to call the microgrid optimization dispatching submodule,and allocate the cooperative surplus based on the shapely value.Then the Stackelberg Equilibrium of the bilevel programming model is given as the solution of the model,with the chaos particle swarm optimization used as a solution tool.The simulation results show that the cooperative alliance formed by the microgrid group is able to improve its own benefits and increase the diversity of decision-making of market entities.
