铝粉及黑索金粉尘爆炸的特性研究

摘    要:采用20立升爆炸球对片状铝粉、黑索今(RDX)粉尘及它们的混合粉尘的爆炸行为进行了实验研究。根据它们爆炸时的最大爆炸压力、最大压力上升速率等参数,发现在混合粉尘中当铝粉及RDX粉尘在一定配比时,两者存在协同效应。同时,当混合粉尘中铝粉的含量不同,则混合粉尘爆炸时的最大压力上升速率也遵循不同的规律。

Abstract:The behaviors of dust explosion of flake aluminum powder,RDX powder and their mixtures were studied experimentally by using a 20 L explosion vessel. On the basis of the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate,it has been demonstrated that there exists a synergistic effect on the maximum explosion pressure in the mixtures of the two powders with proper ratios. In addition,the history of the maximum explosion pressure rise rate is changed with the variation of aluminum powder contents of the mixtures.
