摘    要:研究了以乙酸乙酯为原料,用固体光气代替光气合成2-氧-5-甲基-3-氢-1,3,4-(口恶)二唑,为该中间体的合成提供了一条环境友好的新途径。考察了反应温度、反应物配比、反应溶剂等因素对收率的影响,在最佳条件下,合成总收率为81.8%。目标化合物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱验证。

Abstract:A method of synthesis for 2-oxo-5-methyl-3-hydro-1 , 3,4-osadiazol from ethyl acetate,replacing phosgene with triphos gene, provided a novel environmentally-friendly approach for the synthesis of 2-oxo-5-methyl-3-hydro-1, 3,4-osadiazol, which was a key pesticide intermediate. The effects of reaction temperature, reactant ratio and solvent on this reaction were investigated. Under optimum conditions the total yield of 2-oxo-5-methyl-3-hydro-1,3,4-osadiazol was up to 81 .8% .The title compound was identified by FT-IR,MS and NMR.
