摘    要:针对石墨制品焙烧过程中升温不易监控的问题,设计了一种实用的多路温度巡检系统。该系统采用PC机作为上位机,通过串口与温度巡检仪通信,利用LabVIEW编程实现温度采集显示、报表生成与打印、数据恢复以及历史数据查询等功能。经实际应用证明系统运行良好,达到令人满意的效果。

Application of multi-channel temperature inspecting system in graphite furnace

Abstract:As the roasting temperature is not easy to monitor in the preparation process of graphite products, a practical multi- channel temperature inspection system is designed. The system uses PC as a upper machine, via a serial port and inspection instrument for communication, and uses LabVIEW programming for temperature acquisition and displaying, generating report and printing, data recovery and historical data query, etc.. It is proved by practical application system that it runs well and achieves a satisfactory effect.
