摘    要:为考察山东济北矿区气肥煤煤泥降灰的可行性,分别以柴油和仲辛醇(分析纯)为浮选药剂,采用拓展化浮选试验的方法,重新设计浮选流程,对煤泥进行了粗选试验和一次精选试验.试验结果表明:最佳浮选药剂用量为1.0 kg/t、药剂比为5:1,矿浆浓度为80 g/L、搅拌速度为1 800 r/min,精选多次刮泡条件下,时间累计在15...

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of flotation process for reduction of the ash of the gas-fat coal produced in Jibei Mining Area,Shandong Province,flotation test on roughing and primary cleaning of the fine gas-fat coal is conducted with extended test method,redesigned process flowsheet and diesel oil as collector and secoctyl alcohole(analytical alconole)as frother.Test result shows that at an optimal dosage of agent of 1.0 kg/t,a collector-frother dosage ratio of 5-1,a pulp density of 80 g/L and an agitation speed of 1,800 r/min,and through multiple times of froth skimming with a cumulative time of within 150 s,the cumulative yield and ash of concentrate obtained through cleaning operation are 73.95%and 8.47%respectively,which are up to the requirement in quality indices.The polynomial fitting equations are derived based on the nonlinear concentrate yield-ash curve plotted with test data.The study result may serve as a guidance for reduction of ash of gas-fat coal using flotation process in the future.
