摘    要:针对传统砂型铸造模具制造时存在的周期长、成本高等问题,提出一种基于三维粘结成形打印原型的砂型铸造模具快速制造技术。从模具优化设计、模具模样原型制造及强度增强、模具装配、模具应用等方面介绍了这一技术的工艺流程,并进行了应用验证。实践证明,基于三维粘结成形打印原型的砂型铸造模具快速制造技术具有周期短、成本低的优点,适用于小批量新产品铸件模具的快速开发。

Rapid Manufacturing Technology of Sand Casting Mold Based on 3DP Printing Prototype
Abstract:Aiming at the issues of long leadtime and high cost in the manufacture of the traditional sand casting mold,a rapid manufacturing technology for the sand casting mold based on the 3DP printing prototype was proposed.This technical process was introduced from the aspects of optimum design of the mold,manufacturing and strength enhancement of mold prototype,mold assembly,and mold application,and application verification had been performed.Practice has proved that the rapid manufacturing technology of the sand casting mold based on the 3DP printing prototype has the advantages of short leadtime and low cost,and is suitable for the rapid development of the casting mold for the new product in small batch.
