| 摘 要： | 对试飞安全管理体系与质量管理体系进行了融合研究。在研究中,对试飞安全与试飞质量进行了对比分析,对试飞安全管理体系与质量管理体系进行了介绍。从理论基础层面和文件体系层面对试飞安全管理体系与质量管理体系进行了对比,并将两者融合,基于准备、策划、实施三阶段提出试飞安全质量管理体系的建设思路。

| Abstract: | The interfusion of SMS and QMS were studied.In the study,the flight test safety and the flight test quality were compared and analyzed,and the SMS and QMS were introduced.From the level of theoretical basis and the document system,the SMS and QMS were compared,and the two were interfused.Based on the three stages of preparation,planning and implementation,the QSMS was proposed. |
