商业综合体厨房油烟系统的现状与改进

摘    要:分析比较了厨房排油烟风量的两个计算公式。介绍了主流的厨房油烟净化原理以及油烟净化设备的情况。重点介绍了商业综合体油烟净化设备的分散,集中两种布置方式及其利弊。指出了油烟净化系统进行集中布置智能控制的必要性。

Abstract:This paper analyzes and compares two calculation formulas of kitchen fume system,and introduces the main principle of kitchen fume purification and the situation of kitchen fume purification equipment,mainly introduces two modes of the kitchen fume purification equipment in the commercial complex,i.e.decentralized and centralized,and their advantages and disadvantages.It points out the necessity of centralized intelligent control of kitchen fume purification system.
