甲级写字楼对噪声标准要求较高,采用变风量(VAV)空调系统必须对噪声源及消声、隔声措施重点关注;噪声治理是系统工程,需要隔声、吸音、消声措施同时实施。噪声治理成本极高,且由于各种条件限制,后期治理未必能达到理想效果。

Experience of Noise Control in VAV Air Conditioning Room of a Class A Office Building

Class A office building has a high requirement for noise standard. When VAV air conditioning system is adopted, the noise source, noise elimination and sound insulation measures must be focused on. Noise control is a system engineering, which needs sound insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction measures to be implemented at the same time. The cost of noise control is very high, and due to various conditions, the later control may not achieve the desired effect.
