| Abstract: | Principle of rule of law is one of the basic principles under which socialist harmonious society is being built. Realizing fairness and justice under principle of rule of law is a basic demand of buliding socialist harmonious society. The guarantee of fairness and justice by constitution, legislation, judiciary and law enforcement is the important legal measure to bulid socialist harmonious society. |
