高温条件下环保高强力再生胶的研制

摘    要:摘要:为了制备环保型高强力再生胶,本文配方采用不加入含有欧盟限制的有毒物质的软化剂等物质。在本文中列举了改变影响再生胶机械性能的因素,摸索出了最佳的高温高强力再生胶的配方、工艺方法和条件。检测结果表明,高温下环保再生胶的拉伸强度最大值可达18.957MPa,拉断伸长率达到了480.372%。关键词:环保高强力再生胶;物理机械性能;高温;制备

Preparation of Environmental Protection and High-strength Reclaimed Rubber at High Temperature

Abstract:In order to prepare environmental high-strength reclaimed rubber ,these softeners not containing toxicsubstances for the EU restrictions have been not put in composition in this paper. By converting influencing factors of physical mechanical property, the optimum high-strength' s formula, processing methods and conditions of reclaimed rubber have been found out at high temperature. The result of experiment indicates the maxium tensile strength and elongation of the reclaimed rubber can repectively reach 18.957 MPa. and 480.372%.
