摘    要:该文详细研究了高压电网继电保护计算机整定计算方法,指出了现有计算方法在非全相振荡时正序网断相口开路电压计算方面、继电保护延时段动作值选择方面、查找电力系统最不利的运行方式方面等存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策,即:(1)基于网络理论计算非全相振荡时正序网断相口的开路电压;(2)直接利用故障时保护测量到的电气量计算继电保护延时段的动作值;(3)根据开断线路所产生的扰动域来确定继电保护的整定计算范围;(4)按开断线路循环安排继电保护整定计算的顺序。这些对策不但可确保继电保护整定计算结果的正确性,而且能进一步提高整定计算的速度和效率。

Abstract:The conventional methods based computer for relay setting and coordination in a high voltage electric power network are analyzed. The problems are pointed out: (1)in calculating the positive voltage across the open port of a line during power system oscillation caused by unsymmetrical open conductors; (2)in selecting the pick-up value of the relays with operation times; (3)in searching for the most unfavourable operation condition of power system. The methods to solve these problems are proposed: (1)based on network theory, the positive voltage across the open port of a line during power system oscillation caused by unsymmetrical open conductors is calculated; (2)the faulted current and voltage measured by the setting relay are directly used to calculate the pick-up value of the relay with operation times; (3)according to the disturbance area caused by removal lines from power system, the setting area of relays is chosen; (4)the sequence of relay setting and coordination is determined by the sequence of removal lines from power system. The proposed solution methods not only can make the results of relay setting and calculation more accurate, but also can improve the speed and efficiency of relay setting and coordination.
