莱钢3200m~3高炉高煤比冶炼实践

摘    要:莱钢3200m3高炉通过抓原燃料质量、优化炉料结构、实施烟煤与无烟煤混合喷吹,改进高炉操作制度、稳定炉温、改进煤枪、加强炉前出铁等措施,使喷煤比达到170kg/t,大焦比降至300kg/t,平均燃料比515kg/t,实现了低耗经济冶炼。

Abstract:Through paying more attention to the quality of raw material and fuel, optimizing burden structure, implementing the mixed injection of bituminous coal and anthracite, improving blast furnace operation system, stabling furnace temperature, improving the coal gun and strengthening iron tapping and other measures, Laiwu Steel' s 3 200 m3 BF achieved the low-energy consumption smelting. The pulverized coal injection rate reached to 170 kg/t, the large coke ratio reduced to 300 kg/t and the average fuel ratio reduced to 515 kg/t.
