惠州抽水蓄能电站进水阀新轴套的设计与应用

摘    要:介绍一种带沟槽润滑及沟槽密封的新型OILES铜基镶嵌 PTFE自润滑材料轴套,该轴套可降低外部受压力水挤压变形和因自润滑材料损伤带来的轴套与枢轴间摩擦力增大的风险。通过 ANSYS 有限元计算及疲劳分析,确认了该新型OILES轴套在维持惠蓄原轴套20 mm壁厚的情形下,其强度和寿命满足惠蓄进水阀轴套设计及工作要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of new typed OILES copper-based inlaid PEFE self-lubricating shaft sleeve with groove lubrication and sealing which may reduce water extrusion and distortion caused by external pressure and increasing risks of friction force between shaft sleeve and pivot caused by damage of self-lubricating materials. By ANSYS finite ele-ment calculation and fatigue analysis,it was confirmed that intensity and life of this new typed OILES shaft sleeve were sat-isfied for design and working requirements of inlet valve shaft sleeve in Huizhou pumped storage power station in such cir-cumstance of keeping 20 mm wall thickness of original shaft sleeve.
