计划安全校核在实时节能发电调度中的应用

Application of Planning Safety Check in Real-time Energy Saving Generating Dispatching

Energy saving generating dispatching is not only aimed at targets of energy saving and environmental protection, but also ensuring safe operation of the power system. It is important to conduct safety check on energy saving generating plan after adjustment for guaranteeing safe operation of the system. Aiming at the above problems,this paper introduces re-alization method,technical characteristics and check steps of real-time generating planning safety check. Practical applica-tion in dispatching control center of Guangdong power grid indicated that generating planning safety check was able to real-ize energy saving generating dispatching and effectively ensure safe operation of the power system at the same time which meant important safety meaning.
