水轮发电机组油密封的结构设计

摘    要:介绍了水轮发电机组油密封技术。在MPX200型试验机上进行了密封材料的摩擦磨损试验,获得了在不同介质条件下的摩擦因数和磨损量。在模拟试验台上考察了接触式密封的性能,结果表明,纳米密封材料的耐磨性好,所设计的接触式密封结构合理,能够满足水轮发电机组的需要。

Abstract:The technology of contact seal for hydro-generator was introduced.Tribological tests of seal materials were done on MPX200 with oil and air lubrication,and the friction coefficient and wear were obtained.The property of contact seal was investigated on the test stand.The results show that nanometer seal materials have better antiwear ability,the designed contact seal are reasonable,and reliable to hydro-generator application.
