气举卸载过程可视化仿真

摘    要:根据气举井卸载过程两个阶段的特点,分别建立生产管和注气管的质量守恒及动量守恒方程,并给出气举卸载过程中涉及的封闭方程,建立数学仿真模型。基于Flash强大的二维动画功能,编制了可视化仿真软件。通过动画仿真的形式,可以直观地表现气举井系统在卸载过程中的压力、液面、注气量和产液量等随时间变化的动态。

Abstract:Unloading process of conventional gas-lift is a transient phenomenon.Fully considering characteristics of gas lift unloading process,we established mass and momentum conservation equation for tubing and annulus respectively and built simulation mathematical model.Using Flash tool package and explicit difference methods,we programmed a simulation software.Through the approach of animation simulation,we could see the dynamic changes of liquid height,pressure and production rate during the unloading process.
